Flaker Roller Mill

Flaker mill consists of two nos. sturdy compression rolls, housed in a compact frame. They are driven by adequate motors. The rolls are made up of special chilled cast iron rollers with shafts supported with spherical roller bearings.

• Diagonally grooved rollers available
• Feed rate is controlled with a variable speed drive.
• Scraper system located on the exterior of the unit.
• Dismounting of the roll bearings made easier using a hydraulic dismounting aid.
• Differential side V-belts and pulleys with guard located for ease of access
• Mechanical and hydraulic roll gap adjustment models available
• Chilled cast iron rollers and granite rollers available
• Control panel provided to control all hydraulic functions.
• Hydraulic unit can immediately reverse the pressure on the pressing roll when triggered by a level indicator due to low feed level in the feed hopper to protect the rolls.
